Return Policy
For returning your items, our terms are as follows:
- If the item is faulty or damaged on receipt, you have the right to send back the item within 30 days for a refund or repair. Please contact us for the return via ebay messaging. No postage will be refunded unless agreed prior to sending the item back
The condition of the returned item must be as it was shipped to you with all the contents including any manuals.
We verify all parcels received. If we find that no due care was provided whilst the item was in your possession, we reserve the right of not providing any refund.
Payment
- We only ship item to your PayPal verified address.
Shipping
- We use Royal mail 1st class and 2nd class tracked for any items dispatched upto 2Kg. Any bulky items more that 2Kg are dispatched using UPS or Hermes
- Orders received Monday to Friday will usually be despatched next day. Items ordered over the weekend will be despatched the following working day.
